Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/n)

Location: Warsaw, City Center - hybrid working

The vision for the Talent Acquisition Hub is to attract, engage and acquire the right talent to enable sustainable business growth by building a robust Leadership Pipeline. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full life cycle recruiting for Mars business for senior level roles within the organization and is responsible for ensuring that Mars attracts and selects high-performing, high potential and diverse associates who will drive the business forward.

Key responsibilities:

• Partnering senior stakeholders to determine core capabilities for success at the position. Establish recruitment strategy and ways of working in attracting the diverse candidates with the right skills and capabilities to ensure Mars short and long-term business objectives.
• Actively manage the recruitment.
• Continuously build an external talent pipeline incl. proactive sourcing.
• Serve as Mars ambassador, guardian of caliber, diversity and candidate experience.
• Leverage knowledge of best practices and capabilities of internal and external recruiters to manage the acquisition of diverse senior executive talents.
• Education and coaching hiring managers.
• In addition to recruitment and selection, you can take part in many regional activities e.g. technology implementation, continuous improvement, volume project coordination.

• Ability to write and speak fluent English and Polish - must have in the role due to Polish market specificity
