Role: Java Developer with Video Engineering

Location: Denver, CO

Job Summary:

Video engineering with Java/GoLang, Microservice, Postgress SQL/Casandra, Redis, Elastic Search, Kafka, knowledge about containers/Kubernetes, able to work on On-prem/cloud deployment

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Video monitoring tools
• agile team focused on delivering innovative software-based solutions to automate functions in our core IPOptical network.
• Building highly scalable highly available web services to handle mission.
• Object oriented pattern based enterprise development experience
• Scripting ability (Bash/shell/python ruby etc)
• Good understanding of SQL model.
• Develop proof of concept as designed by architect setup development environment for team to work in break up the modules considering technical aspects
• Understand interdependencies of the various components in work packages that are being developed
• Create design documents with the support of the architects for the assigned scope
