As a Production Operative you will:

In this role you will:

• General Assembly Duties
• Follow instructions and adhere to processes contained within Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Ensure high level of 5 S, keeping all working areas clean and tidy at all times including: Clean Floors, Work Surfaces, Machines and Equipment
• Ensure all equipment and machinery is used in the correct, safest and most efficient way at all times
• Ensure that all assembly and production is completed in line with CTG requirements and in line with CTG’s Business Plan
• Carry out TPM
• Support continuous improvement and ACE deployment through active participation on Lean Events, Workshops and Continuous Improvement activities. Proactivley seek to identify opportunities for improvement

You will bring to this role:

• You will be able to read, understand and follow SOP's (work instructions)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to identify and be able to question sub-standard process/product
• Problem solving techniques and ability to work on own initiative. (Logical and systematic approach)
• PC Literate
• Must be flexible and willing to learn new skills
