In this role, you will contribute to REI’s success by developing and executing visual merchandising design concepts, solutions, and implementation plans for products and programs for retail stores. This role requires a passion for design, bringing stories and creative messages together in a unique, fresh, and compelling way. You will be responsible for supporting the development of visual merchandising strategies, tactics, processes, and practices that meet REI’s corporate brand and sales goals. In addition, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and developing consistent merchandise presentation direction and communication. You will work closely with merchants, brands, marketing, and a myriad of other cross-divisional teams to create the best-in-class experiences in the physical retail environment. You will lead projects and act as a mentor for Visual Merchandiser team members.
