MES Program Manager

Job Description

Managed multiple MES [Manufacturing Execution System] Deployment Teams

Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System and/or Level 2 Systems

Experience working on with Manufacturing plants and MES implementations

Knowledge of MES interfaces with Level 2 (PLC SCADA etc..) and Level 4 (ERP..)

Knowledge back ground on ISA 95 Standards and plant automations

Ready to travel onsite for site deployments and facilitation

Preferred: SQL Server/Oracle

Managed teams that perform MES Deployment at various Manufacturing plants for the client

Plan track and provide complete governance for the entire lifecycle of MES deployments

Liaison with Business IT and Project stakeholders end to end

Visit site conduct workshop with plant users to understand As-IS process

Coordinate with Sites for Acceptance Testing and user training

Collaborate with various teams to facilitate site deployment activities

Onsite and/or remote hyper care support

Triage support issues via incidents management (ITIL HP ALM Remedy etc.)

Serve as the liaison between the plant business and the Integrator teams

Facilitate Training Site questionnaire help checklists job aid documentation etc

Own the OSC application onboarding process and checkpoints signoff

Represent as Change coordinator or manager on project development to delivery and lead change management activities

Manufacturing domain experience

Experience of integrating MES/Plant Systems with SAP MII and SAP ERP Systems

SQL Server / Oracle DB skills

Good communication skills
