The person in this role should be a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about building software products with a strong emphasis on design, quality, performance and amazing user experiences. The individual should have the ability to implement processes and meet delivery dates to succeed in a complex environment. The role is highly autonomous requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements, and effectively prioritize program deliverables. Key Activities

• Build and provide maintenance support for applications
• Contribute to product feature prioritization and technology roadmaps
• Provide basic design documents and translates into component-level designs to accelerate development
• Designs, develop and distribute reusable technical components
• Assist in developing technical documentation; participate in test-plan development, integration and deployment
• Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications and detailed designs of application solutions
• Participate in a culture of excellence & delivery
• Contribute to product feature prioritization and technology roadmaps
• Deliver on goals, projects, and features
• Provides basic design documents and translates into component-level designs to accelerate development
• Designs, develops, and distributes reusable technical components
• Develop system design maps and lead walkthroughs

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with programming languages like Python, .NET, C#, C++, Swift, PHP, Java, JavaScript
• CI/CD automation
• Demonstrated ability to participate in technical discussions and drive solutions forward to achieve business needs and ensure alignment to strategic technology vision
• Strong innovation, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and environments (cloud, networking, capacity planning, operations)
• Demonstrated past experience with designing or working with highly available and reliable systems including work on technical design, defining SLAs, KPIs for tracking and improving software reliability
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a flexible and fast-paced environment, including the ability to think big in a rapidly evolving technology space. Ability to successfully handle ambiguity.
• A history of successfully building applications and working in agile processes
• History of delivering solutions consistently and working in complex large projects
• Demonstrated ability and curiosity to pursue vision and direction to deliver on projects
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment with many moving parts and a large variety of responsibilities including geographical diversity of technical functions
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a flexible and fast-paced environment, including the ability to think big in a rapidly evolving technology space. Ability to successfully handle ambiguity.
• Detailed technical knowledge of techniques, standards and state-of-the art capabilities for authentication and authorization, applied cryptography, security vulnerabilities and remediation
• Experience with identifying and finding solutions for various types of attacks, such as DDOS, SQL Injection, etc.
