Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a corporate treasury, finance operations, or relevant role.
• Experience with operational process improvement and analytics.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Foreign Exchange (FX) settlement and fixed income trading operations in corporate treasury.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Ability to partner effectively with a diverse set of Treasury areas (e.g., Investment Portfolio Management, Capital Markets, FX Hedging)
• Ability to be detail-oriented, support day-to-day operations, and deliver projects as needed.
• Ability to be an independent self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.

In Treasury, we provide funding, risk management, mitigation support, investment oversight, and broad business support.

As part of the International Treasury team, you will have Trading Operations responsibilities, and will be supporting our global transformation projects to help to drive the evolution of our team's mandate.

This role is part of an expanding team and will provide you with an incredible opportunity to build a deep understanding into how cash moves through a corporation, how we manage it, optimize its use, and invest it effectively and efficiently. You'll build your skill sets in critical operations in trading operations and cash management. You'll be empowered to influence the transformation of our key systems, processes, and business partnerships.

From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support to global trading operations, including FX and Fixed income trade confirmation, settlement, reconciliation support and issue resolution. Back up daily operational support for global cash operations.
• Identify tactical improvements for aligning Treasury, Accounting, and Governance.
• Manage service levels with investment and FX partners (e.g. custody services, trading support vendors, and primary FX trading counterparts).
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Alphabet’s custody agents and other Trading Operations vendors.
• Support enhancements to our reporting framework designed to assess and evaluate operational excellence and make recommendations to improve processes.
