Accountabilities:

• As an IT systems owner, manage HR systems maintenance and operation by utilizing external vendors.
• Advise, suggest and define requirements to improve HR systems capability and usability.
• Manage issues, consider countermeasures and carry out PDCA to improve the responsible systems.
• Manage, maintain and recover systems interface when incident happens.
• Plan and execute projects as a project manager by coordinating with stakeholders and following the necessary project governance processes.
• Become a point of contact with key stakeholders such as HR department users and other IT team.
• Propose innovative initiatives by utilizing the latest industry trends and technology solutions.
• Plan and introduce new IT services using digital and analytics technologies.
• Build good relationships with related vendors and manage communication, monitor performance, manage purchase orders and expenses.
• Develop viable strategies for HR department and execute.

職務内容

• 人事領域で利用されているシステムの管理者として外部ベンダーを活用し、担当システムの維持運用に責任を持つ。
• 維持運用業務としてシステム改善の為の助言、提案、要件定義を行う
• 担当システム全般に関する課題管理・対策検討・改善のPDCAを実施する。
• システム間インターフェースの管理、運用、障害時のリカバリー対応を実施する。
• プロジェクト立ち上げ時には、PMとしてプロジェクトの企画、計画の作成、利害関係者との調整を実施し、必要なガバナンスプロセスに沿って、プロジェクトを推進する。
• ビジネス部門、IT部門等の主要な利害関係者との窓口となる。
• ITロードマップや既存計画を踏まえ、業界の最新トレンドとソリューションを活用して新しいテクノロジーに関するInnovativeな提案を行う。
• DigitalやAnalytics技術を活用したITサービスを企画、導入する
• プロジェクトと運用の両方で関連ベンダーとの関係を構築し、コミュニケーション・パフォーマンス管理、発注・購買管理を行う。
• 実行可能な戦略を作り、推進・ガバナンスを行う。

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Essential

• More than 3 years experience in HR systems maintenance and operation
• Experience for implementation and operation of core HR systems such as Company, Workday etc.
• Business knowledge of Organization Management, Employee Management, Payroll management
• Experience of documenting the business requirement definition, function design specifications and leading the applications deployment and testing
• Project management experience which include multiple departments.
• Project management skills, process improvement and standardization, problem solving skills, leadership
• Skills to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
• Skills to prioritize, coordinate with stakeholders and create and execute relevant action plans considering the business situations and strategies.
• Skills to work with different cultures and diversified ways of working
• Experience in working independently beyond the team to implement solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese, and problem solving and analytics skills

Desired

• Similar or equivalent degrees, such as computer science or engineering
• CPA qualifications
• Experience in project management that include multiple departments.
• Storing curiosity in IOT trends
• Digital capability & skills

• 組織人事管理、給与管理等に関する業務知識
• システムの要件定義、基本設計、文書化、展開、および検証の経験

• 利害関係者と良好な関係を構築維持するスキル
• ビジネスやチーム状況、戦略などを踏まえて、優先順位設定、利害関係者と調整し、関連する行動計画を作成して実行するスキル
• 様々な仕事の仕方や異なる文化を持つ利害関係者とコミュニケーションを通じて協力するスキル
• ソリューションを導入するために、チームの枠を超えて主体的に協働した経験
• 優れた口頭および書面による英語と日本語のコミュニケーションスキル、問題解決能力と分析スキル

Desired

• コンピュータサイエンスまたはエンジニアリングなどの類似の学位または同等の学位
• CPAの資格
• 部門をまたがるプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
• IOT トレンドに関する強い好奇心
• Data Integrityに関する知識、Digital capability & skills(Robotics等を活用した業務効率化・改善の経験)

諸手当:通勤交通費、借家補助費、勤務時間外手当など

昇給:原則年1回

賞与: 原則年2回

勤務時間:本社(大阪市中央区・東京都中央区)9:00~17:30 、工場(山口県光市・大阪市淀川区)8:00~16:45 、研究所(神奈川県藤沢市)9:00~17:45

休日:土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など(年間123日程度)

働き方関連制度:フレックスタイム制、テレワーク勤務制導入(対象社員)
