We are looking for a senior business analyst with Banking experience to help with business requirements, assist business architecture and support key client experience programs that support lending. What you are good at

The Lead System Analyst position affect platform vision and contribute to the partnership while focusing on delivery. This resource has a strong business feature and technology implementation knowledge of all aspects of a platform and are the first integration points for onboarding new work to the platform team. They support and may represent the platform owner in stakeholder project planning efforts.

This business analyst supports a product owner by helping them analyze the business domain, stocking the product backlog, and grooming the product backlog.

Business Requirement Review and Technical Specification Documentation: Partners with customers and product owners to translate business requirements into user stories aka technical specifications ready for development.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Partners with developers to test and ensure development is delivered as requested before asking customers to complete final UAT.

BAU Execution: Recurring Business as Usual tasks/standard operating procedures. Examples include: User access requests, backup files, data imports, data analysis, and data monitoring

Configuration Maintenance: Assists in the deployment and documentation of platform configuration changes

In this role, you will:

• Act as requirements project lead for medium to large projects, directing and coordinating requirements project staff and activities. Oversee production support of core projects, including gathering and documenting requirements, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, and identifying options.
• Partner with business users and act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Coordinate development, testing, and implementation of solutions with vendors. Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with track record of delivering business process requirements and use cases is required. Solid experience and understanding of Agile Scrum in developing use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules is essential.
• Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
• Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner
• Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
• Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities, collects data to identify root cause of problems, measures performance against process requirements.
• Have a Solid understanding of relevant business issues.

• Data Analysis
• Business Architecture experience
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, and SharePoint along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications

The following is preferred but not required:

• Experience managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments, a background in the financial services industry
• BA/BS degree and/or PMP, Agile certifications
