What is the opportunity?
The Personal and Commercial Banking (P&CB) arm of RBC is in the preparation stages of launching a ground breaking program to deliver the best customer experiences by equipping our advisors with the very latest technology and processes in the industry. We have partnered with Salesforce to build out our next generation CRM Advisor Platform, the cornerstone of this critical transformational program. Together, we’re aiming to take a giant leap towards our goal of becoming a digitally enabled relationship bank.
Of course, the journey would not be possible without world class talent. We’re in the search for a BSA Lead to drive a consistent solution across our different delivery squads. You will be working with the different BSAs, to ensure that together we design the best possible solution for our advisors. You’ll be joining a diverse and inclusive agile lab delivering solutions on Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud and Lighting platform. We’re pulling all the stops and employing the latest in technology and scaled agile practices to help bring to life the CRM Advisor Platform of the future here at RBC.

What will you do?
The Business Systems Analyst Lead will be responsible to oversee all business analysis activities on the CRM Advisor Platform initiative, within an agile delivery environment. The role demonstrates advanced knowledge and ability, and can apply the competency in new or complex situations and guide other professionals. You will be responsible to oversee and guide all aspects of requirements delivery - planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support - for changes to Business Areas and Technology. You will work closely with the development teams and business partners to implement CRM capabilities on the Salesforce platform, and provide expert advice to the design and development on the Salesforce Financial Service Cloud to drive business value.
