Retail Domain experience is highly preferred

Technical: Unix/Linux, Shell Script, Pro*C, Oracle

Process: Agile, Scrum, Office Suite, Atlassian Jira

Functional: Retail (Supply Chain in specific)

2. Job Summary : Primary skill as Program Manager.

Manage the development work for Catalyst, DCC, OTM Reports and EDI (Sterling Integrator) Work with business team to understand the requirements and priorities for upcoming releases Slot the development work for each release per application and assign them to developers Participate in design review with business team and the extended development team Participate in code and unit test review Track the progress of the work and resolve any conflicts related to project priorities within supply chain or with other functional LOB’s. Maintain documentation on Wisdom Manage change controls and present them in CAB meeting Regular Cadence Attend biweekly standup call and provide updates for Catalyst, DCC and OTM reports Weekly connect with Sunday and Brenda to provide status report on development work Biweekly connect with associates and adhoc meetings with them Update leadership deck every Thursday/Friday Weekly connect with business solutions team Attend regular project meeting organized by respective BA/PM Catalyst specific functions Create Catalyst build for TEST and PROD Navigate the build through multiple Catalyst platforms like catprog, catqa and catcomm. Resolve any compilation issues while creating builds DB Function – Add columns to existing Catalyst tables and sync all the schemas DB Function – Add new tables and sync all the schemas Other Activities Review proposals as needed. Currently reviewing proposals for DC16 and DC17 Coordinate the CI/CD activities AD Governance Create and present AD deck to DT leadership Coordinate with multiple team member to get status for each of their specific areas Demand and forecasting
