As a Product Sales Manager, you will be responsible to locally implement ITD (Interconnect Technologies Division) sales policy under proper guidance of the management. The primary function of this role is to achieve direct bookings/ billings objectives and Point of Sales objectives, as well as new value creation objectives so as to increase ITD market share & profitability within the Central Regional Market.

Your key deliverables:

  • Visit/contact the nominated customers and targets on a regular basis, to be effective in the local implementation of the Sales & Marketing plan with measurable design-in wins and incremental sales results.
  • Develop customer base with targeted prospecting in the nominated focus market Segments and maximise value of ITD footprint within existing customer base, through both direct sales and chartered distribution network.
  • Coordinate & develop actively local distribution actions in full respect of company rules and plans.
  • Introduce all ITD available & compliant products/solutions in attributed territory.
  • Share available information with the other ITD PSMs/sales engineers, management, Units, and coordinate locally the sales approach for programs or transverse global accounts in their territory.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • proven 7-10 years’ experience of and real aptitude for products and markets with a high technical content.
  • B2B sales experience gained in that sphere of activity or within an industrial enterprise or a specialised Distributor, possibly in diversified harsh environment application segments.
  • Previous experience in a similar mission (4/5 years minimum) including dual channel market approach.
  • Experience in Multi-culture/Multi-sites organisation would be an advantage.
  • Ability to listen, understand a situation/environment and recommend and communicate solutions;
  • High negotiation skills
  • An enquiring disposition, curiosity and pragmatism;
  • Familiarity with electrical/mechanical components/environments
  • Possessing sound technical knowledge (Due to a wide applications versatility)
  • English in addition to native language. German or French would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and similar business tools (CRM like).
  • Ability to immerse yourself in the multi-cultural dimension.
  • Ability to travel according to local and company rules.
  • Valid driving licence required.
  • Region will be central / eastern Europe. Region might change over time.
