Key Responsibilities:

Regarding Brand Strategy

Discover and synthesize deep customer insights

Own the brand strategy, and drive development of the Customer Plan and Operational Plan

Regarding Local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

Develop relationships with local and regional thought leaders in targeted therapeutic areas

Full accountability over commercial advisory boards, critical inputs into brand strategy

Marketing Program Design and Implementation

Leverage multiple channels to achieve optimal customer engagement

Design and lead marketing solutions (materials, programs – face-to-face, virtual, hybrid, local, regional, international, public relations campaigns, patient support programs, etc.) to drive brand adoption

Support design of alternative access programs

Support regional programs

Sales Training and Enablement

Leverage multiple channels to achieve optimal customer engagement

Deliver training of product knowledge and brand strategy to the field force

Design the training materials and promotional tools used by field force

Drive internal business solutions planning process (i.e., Operational Plan)

Promotional and Educational Material Development

Closely work with Medical to design and develop promotional and educational materials for meetings, digital channels etc.

Qualification:

At least 5 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry, with 2+ years’ brand management experience

Strong KOL engagement capability

Excellent communication skills and cross functional collaboration abilities

Experiences to independently implement HCP conferences/events of varying sizes

High sense of accountability, responsibility, and strong sense of self-motivation

Bachelor’s degree or above

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with others

Strong time management skills in planning and prioritizing tasks

Customer-service orientation: able to work with people and follow-up on details

Able to work independently to identify opportunities, develop actions to achieve results

Persistently hard-working and willing to accept challenges

Positive and pro-active mindset: taking initiative and committed to obtaining results

Fluency in both English and Cantonese

Adept with both PowerPoint and Excel
