This position
The DocuSign Professional Services team manages customer implementations and integrations of the DocuSign Agreement Cloud (DAC) products. The goals of the Solution Architect are to lead and provide product recommendations/configurations, technical and business use expertise for our applications, understanding of data and network security, ensure proactive communication to clients and internal staff, manage enhancement requirements and escalations, understand simple to complex business requirements and design scalable solutions to meet immediate and growing needs. The Solution Architect leads impactful engagements by anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external teams focused on the DAC platform.
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders (internally and externally) both orally and in writing. In addition, the Solution Architect must be able to drive conversations and decisions across many of our internal organizations such as Support, Product Management, Sales and Business Development.
As part of our global team of Agreement Experts – in professional services, customer success management, learning and enablement, and customer support – you’ll bring your knowledge, insights, and proven expertise to help our customers achieve more than they ever thought possible.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager of Professional Services and is designated Remote.

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $133,000 - $165,200 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
