Job Summary

Responsible for the preparation of Marketing-related reports and analysis and the implementation of marketing activity across various departments within the organization. Ensures proper implementation of marketing and communications programs to key system personnel. Supports development and implementation of online, email and Direct Marketing programs to generate leads. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge. Responsible for the support of Florida region acquisition, segment deep dive, and competitive intelligence programs. Assists in the execution of local acquisition programs including direct marketing, seasonal demand generation campaigns and channel support initiatives. Conducts reviews of competitor products, pricing and promotions and prepares summaries for leadership. Utilizes analytical and data mining skills to provide key insights regarding prospects and customers. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and distributing regional competitive intelligence through a combination of corporate/division resources and competitor research and provide regular updates on competitor offers and activities as well as Xfinity performance by competitor set.
  • Provide support for market "deep dives" gathering relevant data points and formulating recommendations to improve market or segment performance.
  • Utilize available business intelligence assets to provide marketing and/or customer insights for the Florida region.
  • Support regional acquisition programs including gap closure activities and recurring local programs.
  • Prepare reports, analysis and power point presentations as requested.
  • Works independently and collaboratively with outside vendors on campaign elements and production.
  • Assists in pre-campaign and post-campaign analysis and summary report.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
