Our IT, InfoSec, Cyber Risk & Business Ops team is in the business of trust and reliability. This position
The Oracle PaaS Developer is part of the corporate Enterprise Application team at DocuSign Inc. This key position will be relied upon as the subject matter expert for the Oracle Cloud PaaS Development and User Maintenance. This position will serve as a liaison between business and technology stakeholders and the Enterprise Applications team to define and maintain the security and administration functions for the Oracle PaaS products. This role will include developing current and future state user security maps and identifying technical gaps with remediation plans. In addition, this role will also support the current and future integrations using OIC.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, Financial Systems and is designated flex.
Responsibilities

• Provide inputs to the feasibility of a solution and proposing solutions that are scalable
• Work with PLSQL, Web Services, SOAP and REST. Development experience on SOAP, REST services with JSON or XML based integrations
• Integrate design for the engagements in the Integration space Provide design decision for requirement is a plus
• Conduct design reviews to provide guidance and Quality assurance around best practices and frameworks is a plus
• Work on PaaS solutions, specifically, Oracle’s OIC, SOA Cloud Service, Java Cloud Service, VBCS as it relates to SaaS Applications
• Build integrations with Oracle SaaS applications
• Show an understanding of Oracle PaaS architecture and security concepts
• Comfort in XML and XSLT processing
• Work with ICS adapters included ERP Adapter, SOAP, Oracle DB, FTP, REST etc.
• Work with web service testing tools SOAPUI, Postman
• Work within Fusion OTBI reporting and hands-on experience with BI publisher
• Set up CI/CD job to automate the OIC, DB and VBCS code migration
• Use Git for version control
• Work proficiently with SQL and PL/SQL
• Work with Oracle Reports, Discoverer, XML EDI Gateway and Bi Publisher

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of Experience in Oracle ERP Financials
• Hands-on experience in integration development
• 4 to 6 years of hands on experience in Oracle OIC, ICS, Oracle SOACS,Java Cloud Service , VBCS as it relates to SaaS Applications
• Experience Developing Integrations between Oracle Financials cloud and other Legacy applications using OIC
• Experience in custom app creation using VBCS and PCS
• Experience with setting up CI/CD job to automate the OIC, DB and VBCS code migration
• Experience using Git for version control
• Experience in data conversion patterns into Oracle Cloud ERP
• Experience with Web Service protocols SOAP/REST
• Ability to work with XML/JSON/POST technologies to read/send information

Preferred qualifications

• Being Hands-On is a critical requirement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Oracle’s Integration Cloud (OIC), cloud adaptor and connector
• Certification in Oracle ERP Cloud, SOA, OCI Solution Architecture
• Experience leading Oracle PaaS administration tasks
• Experience with Database Administration
• Expertise in Fusion OTBI reporting and hands-on experience with BI publisher
• Strong understanding of integration technologies such as Oracle ICS/SOA, MuleSoft, etc.
• Expert level in SQL and PL/SQL
• Skilled with Oracle Reports, Discoverer, XML EDI Gateway and Bi Publisher
• Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills needed
• Must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a “can do” attitude
• Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
