About the job

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy professional with an analytical background to join the Operations Excellence team.

What you will be doing:

On a daily basis, the role is about:

• • Analysing data and drawing actionable insights to enable decision-making for Operations
  • Combine and prepare data from our different sources with SQL and generate analytics output using Tableau and Excel
  • Be accountable for your own projects, manage communication with stakeholders and assure project delivery on time
  • Taking the lead on analytical workstreams to support Continuous Improvement projects
  • Work with the UK and International BI teams to build world-class dashboards to track our key performance metrics
  • Communicate on a regular basis and exchange ideas and best practices with our global teams from around the world

You have the aspiration to become an expert on how Analytics and automation can help the business thrive:

• You have an outstanding level of numerical and analytical thinking with a very logical approach
• You have hands-on experience working with EXCEL and either have experience or are willing to learn to use Tableau and SQL
• You aim to expand your project management, analytical and programming skills
• You are passionate about the ability of data to change a business and how numbers can be transformed into key insights
• You are proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical individuals

Start date: ASAP

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD. You may be required to commute to our Nuneaton DC, with flexibility to WFH from time to time

Recruitment process: first, you will have a phone interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. Should you be successful, you will be asked to complete a technical test and, depending to the result, you will be invited for two interviews: one competency, and one culture fit.
