As Product Manager Mechatronics, you are part of the international Product Management team. The department Product Management is responsible worldwide for defining product specifications and technologies for Motion Control Systems. In Eindhoven you will work closely with the department Product Development.

Job Description

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the complete product lifecycle. You will use your technical background to provide specifications, assess and propose technologies and solutions to be used and guide market introduction of the products. Within this process, you will have a coordinating and executing role, both towards customers and Product Development department.

Your tasks include:

• Determine products as part of the overall product portfolio in accordance with the business plan, based on our product market combinations, platform conformity within the Business Unit, market requirements, competition, technological trends and manufacturability;
• Investigate technologies and solutions;
• Managing the timely availability of (new) products;
• Provide input to marketing for promotional activities;
• Create early market awareness via branch organizations, Innovator target customers and early adopters. Continuous observation and analysis of market and competition.

• Strategic thinking;
• Experienced in working within Dutch or German work culture(s) & environment;
• Master diploma in the direction of Mechatronics, Mechanics or Electrical;
• You have several of years of (application) engineering experience;
• You speak English;
• We prefer an additional language German or Dutch;
• You are ready to take your second or third step in your career.
