About The Team:

We are looking for talented business or supply chain students who enjoy working in a fast paced team, learning something new every day and who are not afraid of taking on responsibility early on in their careers. What you will be doing

• Be coached by world-class leaders who will challenge and mentor you. Join with a team of new Interns all starting your careers together, increase your professional development whilst meeting the demands of your projects and programs.
• Develop innovative solutions for real business challenges
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects
• Analyse internal processes, data, and problems
• Identify issues and areas for improvement
• Identify new business models and benefits from enabling new capabilities
• Map internal processes and improve how people work together

What we look for:

• Currently in penultimate year of studies pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain or related field ( being a student for the duration of the internship is a must )
• Able to work in UK without any additional immigration documents or sponsorship
• Strong academic performance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision making and critical thinking skills
• High level of customer focus and service excellence as you seek proactive and practical solutions
• Strong collaboration skills with internal/external customers and cross-functional, multinational teams
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other European language is a plus), “can do” attitude and team player in global environment
• Effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments
• Happy to work as part of a global team & willing to collaborate across time zones as needed
