We currently have a new opportunity for a Digital Project & Change Manager to join our team in Macclesfield. To make an impact and deploy the overall strategy with the digitalization teams here in the North West in the second largest manufacturing site in the AstraZeneca network.

Acting as a key implementer to enable the UK Operations Digital Strategy to come to fruition, you will collaborate with leaders across the site focussing on how to bring business value through Digital Technology.
Operating with a high level of interactive communication, with a broad range of partners on all levels, to implement Digital PoC, Pilots and scaling initiatives whilst representing the users of UK Operations, demonstrating high levels of inclusion and cultural sensitivity.
Responsibilities:
Deliver digital projects ensuring process, people and funding is delivered on time in full for the relevant Digital use cases.
Conduct Lean process mapping within use case areas to ensure problems are fully understood and customer requirements are mapped, ensuring the correct technology is used.
Participate and partner in local forums for digitalization and promote knowledge transfer
Understand todays’ business challenges & the future needs of the business
Partner with IT and the business to identify ways to contribute to achieving and exceeding business objectives and drive the delivery of innovative business solutions to maximise competitive advantage.
Ensure standardised technologies & processes are adopted and ensure relevance of the technology to the problem is maintained
In collaboration with local partners ensure the business impact/benefit of technology is evaluated and mapped and influence partners on priorities & resource commitments
Project risk and issue management & reporting
Provide an oversight of local and global initiatives around digitalization
Support PETs / functions in their digitalization strategy and ensure alignment to UK Operations strategic plans for digitalization
Establish and track key performance indicators for UK Operations
Conduct business benefit analysis on potential digital projects
