? Willing to work on weekends and 24/7 based on rotational basis
Job Description:
? Manage and Support Infrastructure capacity
? Experience in leading a team. Have performed oncall responsibilities
? Management and oversight of the capacity lifecycle process
Roles/Responsibilities:
? Develop initial plans with milestone and risk assessment
? Maintain Issue and Risk logs
? Develop and maintain status reports and communications
? Escalation of any issues / concerns unresolved with the team and stakeholders
? Become familiar with and support messaging reference architecture install processes for production changes during scheduled windows, become familiar with issue resolution for infrastructure tools (ex- start or stop tools in the event of a problem, etc).

? Automate repetitive tasks and procedures (to include management of the inventory).
? React on critical thresholds as defined.
? Filter monitoring alarm and alert information.

? Work with “In-House Client Team” to facilitate installation, configuration, and upgrades. Cient to work with end client in documenting the scripts/procedures, planning and organizing the upgrade tasks.
? Routines tasks like data refresh, migrations, reporting, etc.
? Create/update disaster recovery plan documents as per site requirements.
? Perform monthly and annual performance reports for trend analysis and capacity planning.

? Execute, maintain and update end client backup and recovery policies and procedures for the infrastructure as well as the supporting tools.
? Execute backup and recovery scenarios (Online, offline and import/ export) based on end client guidance.
