Who You’ll Work With

You'll be directly working with Transformation Operations organization to successfully drive the transformation execution plan for the organization.

You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can have fun with your co-workers.

We are seeking high-energy and qualified candidates who possess the following skills and experience:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s in communication or management preferred.
  
• 2-3 years program management experience.
  
• Strong business knowledge of digital transformation.
  
• Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel.
  
• Process oriented with strong time leadership skills.
  
• Strong qualitative and communications skills are required around storytelling, and structuring and building PowerPoint presentations.
