The Role

As the Retail Project & Sales Coordinator for the Swedish office you’ll be the link between our head office located centrally in Stockholm right next to the central station and our retail staff working throughout Sweden.

You will be assisting and reporting to our National Sales Manager in various projects and working closely with the District Managers team in succeeding in our goals and objectives. As a key player of the Swedish sales team you’ll make sure that the projects move forward and that the team is aligned on the objectives through efficient communication and positive mindset. Beyond handling ongoing projects and tasks you’ll handle certain communication to our staff, retail partners etc. Therefore, it’s highly important that you conduct yourself as an important ambassador for our organization as well as our portfolio of brands within prestige beauty. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for certain office duties that includes handling of mail, deliveries and planning for bigger meetings and events.

Your Key Responsibilities More specifically, you will:

  • Responsible for cascading and monitoring sell out targets for Retail staff across brand
  • Certain key account responsibilities with smaller wholesale partners
  • Sell out plan elaboration in interaction with National Sales Manager & District Managers
  • Monitoring and analyzing the results of sell out Beauty Adviser and target realization.
  • Monitoring and helping optimize business KPI for Retail staff
  • Cooperation with National Sales Manager, District Managers & HR on the optimal distribution of Retail staff in each Region.
  • Cooperation and communication with District Managers on all organizational issues related to the onboarding of new retail staff.
  • Coordination of the onboarding process of new staff to work in the field (product training, OHS training, administrative training - types of reports, graphics)
  • Coordinate and distribute administrative and sales information.
  • Coordination of the materials concerning education trainings.
  • General office administration, such as handling post, deliveries from the office, structure and invite participants for bigger meetings and events.
  • Maintenance of the reporting system and files.
  • User data and POS administration - setting up accounts, granting access, updating the perfumery/makeup/skincare database
  • Assisting National Sales Manager with reports, statistics and more.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in the retail industry or beauty industry and/or with project coordination within a sales focused organization
  • Excellent communication skills written and oral
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc. and preferably a good understanding of SAP
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, any additional language is a plus!
