Job Description

The safety and health of our employees is our top priority. As such, our return to office plan will follow a phased approach, working towards a hybrid model. Starting in June we opened our NYC office for colleagues on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This is entirely voluntary and includes all of our regular in-office perks such as free lunch. Your Impact on our Mission

Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you’ll play a meaningful role owning the Zocdoc content strategy (inclusive of owned content and social media strategy) and execution in support of our brand goals, along with analytics.

The Senior Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for building our content strategy from the ground up, aligning content and communications across brand and business themes. This person will identify and develop new and meaningful stories to drive brand awareness and consideration by inspiring, educating, informing, and generating meaningful conversation around Zocdoc and our mission to give power to the patient. The role will report to the Director of Brand Marketing and oversee a team managing owned channel content (such as our blog, The Paper Gown, or in-product content) and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn) to create and share content, and develop new distribution channels. This is a great opportunity for a strategic and impactful content marketer to bring to life Zocdoc’s brand through content, to grow channels from the ground up.

Your day to day is...

  • Directing a team overseeing the creation of content for multiple platforms and channels, working with internal teams and external partners and agencies.
  • Creating distribution plans for content, including developing new distribution channels.
  • Implementing and managing a cross-team content calendar to align storytelling opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing content strategies for Zocdoc owned channels and social media channels to align with brand goals.
  • Growing content audiences through initiatives that will drive brand awareness.
  • Defining content goals, building out necessary analytics and reporting cadence, and identifying opportunities for content optimization.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have experience...
