HR DATA INTELLIGENCE ANALYST INTERNATIONAL

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The HR Data Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for the reporting of overall "big picture" HR data analytics. This person will work with key stakeholders in the organization, up to and including the VP, People International, to provide clear, presentation-ready, global HR analytics and reporting. The deliverable data reports, presentations, and other visualizations created by this person will be used in Board-level presentations. The ability to create accurate, crisp, defensible analytics is a must. If you are an excel guru who has dabbled in SQL and analytics based tools like Power BI or GA/Tableau and is always looking for new ways to work with data, you are the right person for this job!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with all areas of People and other internal clients to create, prepare, and edit both basic and complex HR workforce reports and user-friendly dashboards
  • Develop reusable reports which can be scheduled for multiple stakeholders and business units
  • Interact daily with international People teams, merging global data that is being tracked in various systems and tools
  • Navigating the company ATS and pulling reports directly from the system, maintaining online data sheets, finding ways to interact with our HRIS and API feeds while protecting all confidential data to correct access level users
  • Use Excel and Powerpoint, as well as Google Sheets and Slides to create data visualisations
  • Understanding of SQL, visual basics, data scraping etc
  • Maintain integrity, security and accuracy of data and systems with a clear understanding of access user levels
  • Proactively seek and provide recommendations to improve efficiency of reporting and analytics
  • Ensure all requests are handled in line with deadlines and security standards
  • Provide data to be used in regular compliance reporting as per local guidelines
  • Partner with People Business Partners (PBPs) to create monthly Dashboards for Executives and corresponding departments
  • Manage Quarterly People Review report that is shared with the Board of Directors
  • Send weekly staffing updates to appropriate stakeholders
  • Work closely with Legal team on workforce reporting
  • Provide reports to Finance & Accounting, and FP&A teams regularly
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on Recruiting dashboards and reports (pipeline reports, pull-through rates, recruiter performance, etc.)
  • Partner with Talent Management & Development on dashboards, presentations and reports regarding talent processes
  • Partner with Employee Experience and Office Experience teams to provide birthday, anniversary, and office team & headcount reporting
  • Manage file feed data integrations for various systems such as LifeSafe and Reflektive
  • Work closely with Systems Specialist to review and process all employee transactions, such as job changes, compensation changes, promotions, and terminations

SUCCESSFUL HR DATA REPORTING SPECIALIST CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • 1-3+ years direct experience in data reporting & analytics
  • Expert level skills in the G-Suite, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Doc, and Google Presentations
  • Strong presentation & analytics skills
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, positive energy and enthusiasm
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, up to and including executive-level team members
  • Experiencing in recommending and implementing new and effective operational reporting procedures
  • Desire to look for new solutions
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize effectively, and adhere to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds
  • Comfort in managing through ambiguity and change management
  • Results-oriented drive with strong work ethic and business acumen
  • Excellent, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with face-to-face interaction with business leaders on a weekly basis
  • Experience creating advanced, composite, matrix, and trending reports and dashboards
  • Ability to use available data sources and use and create calculated fields, specifically comfortable with pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Ability to operate with confidentiality while having access to highly sensitive, private, and confidential data
  • Solid understanding of the downstream impacts of reports and requests
  • Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work well independently and under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree required
