The role

As a Senior Project Manager Intralogistics you will be responsible for the preparation, coordination and monitoring of strategic development projects with conveying and storage technology in fulfillment. You’ll be an integral part to build the future fulfillment network for HelloFresh and to achieve the ambitious growth targets of our business.

What you’ll do

• Manage the planning and implementation of complex international warehouse and intralogistics projects and lead them to success in terms of timelines, budget and performance.
• Apply project management best practices, tools and techniques to ensure the highest quality of project content and structures.
• Be the central interface for internal and external stakeholders and functionally lead interdisciplinary teams
• Overtake our project reporting structure to enable effective communication with stakeholders and oversee risk management and issue management during the project.

What you’ll bring

• University degree in technical logistics, economics, engineering or comparable
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in sectors such as (intra)logistics, construction, industry, project management or consulting, managing large international projects with a logistics focus.
• Proven efficient working methods (e.g. through PRINCE2 certification or similar), combined with a highly analytical and solution-oriented mindset to set up complex Greenfield projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) are required, any other additional language skills would be a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and Overseas (around 20-30% of your working time, depending on the project phase).
