What we're looking for:

You are a Networking Sales Specialist with 5+ years of direct sales experience and extensive knowledge of Networking Solution selling.

You are in the Fort Lauderdale area willing to support different markets

You are an enthusiastic, aggressive individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to join our Field Sales team as a Networking Sales Specialist with strong Inside Sales experience as well as in the field, client-facing experience.

Position Overview

As a Networking Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing the Networking infrastructure market in your defined territory. You will be an essential element of our sales organization by planning, building, enabling and accelerating the sales engine for our Networking product set (Netscaler, CloudBridge, Access Gateway and Firewalls).

Supports ERMs, CAMs, and partners to drive opportunities relating to Networking product line(s) through closure. Engages with customer to develop solutions, supported by sales engineers, at WW/Geo/Area level for the non-attach Networking product line. Calling on customer in coordination with ERM/CAM/channel partner. Supporting the transition of adjacent products into core product space by developing understanding of product and how to sell amongst other field sales roles. Supporting activities specific to opportunities in low-touch accounts: nurture channel expertise on product line, coordinate pricing exception management, and support channel in generating pipeline and managing opportunity.

Roles Responsibilities

  • Acting as the key field representative to develop and drive sales pipeline for our Networking Solutions.
  • Managing forecast, pipeline, and plan for achieving quarterly/annual quota
  • Driving Citrix’s Networking infrastructure solutions into leading Commercial and Enterprise businesses
  • Providing regular communication with Sales and other teams to augment efforts and share support
  • Maintaining knowledge of competitors in accounts to strategically position Citrix Networking solutions better
  • Use specialty expertise to grow new opportunities

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in direct sales
  • Previous experience in selling Networking solutions
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding quota
  • Hands-on experience in closing complex deals in new markets
  • Extensive executive contacts within territory
  • Up to 50% travel required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of strategic account sales techniques/processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, develop business cases, and negotiate and close deals
  • Deep passion for and understanding of the Networking Market
  • Ability to articulate and understand the customer strategy and Citrix solution strategy
  • Ability to educate, persuade, and influence others
