As part of the Early Career Recruiting Team, your impact will be integral to building and attracting a pipeline of top early talent and ensuring that candidates from a diverse set of backgrounds are represented and experience a fair and inclusive hiring process.
Your impact will be valued, here is how:
- You will partner seamlessly with hiring managers to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches
- You will work with leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver high impact and high quality candidates for open roles while leveraging your market expertise to advise on talent strategies and create effective recruiting processes
- You will ensure a first-in-class experience for both candidates and the business through high touch engagements that embody the culture and values of Confluent
- You will be a Talent Adviser and provide coaching to hiring managers through the recruitment process
Who You Are
- 3-4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting, experience with campus recruitment and working in a fast paced environment is a plus
- You have a strong background in events management and diversity sourcing tools and techniques (i.e. search strings, job boards, organizations/groups) to identify and build a diverse talent pool
- You articulate a concise hiring plan with clear deliverables, timelines and strategies to source and hire underrepresented talent
- You possess strong time-management skills, critical thinking skills, experience planning / executing recruitment events and strategies and ability to multitask /maintain focus
- You have a demonstrated history of providing consistently excellent experiences for candidates and are intensely client-focused and committed to continuous improvement
- You proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new and creative sourcing approaches
- You undertake projects and tasks with an attention to detail coupled with a sense of urgency while having strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels and exhibit strong leadership
