Job Duties:

• Leading Deep-Dive & Design Workshops
• Configure the application in accordance with your requirements and modern best practices
• Collect business process requirements and perform fit-gap analysis
• Understand the client pain points on General Ledger (GL), FA, Expenses, Cash Management (CM),and Tax and provide/configure the best practices followed in accordance with Oracle Cloud ERP system
• Own the process of driving the organization to best practices
• Proactively identify and communicate messages and updates regarding blockers, dependencies, risks, and status to all stakeholders
• Mentor the team, develop their talent and challenge the status quo to achieve skills.

Job Requirements:
• 10+ years of Oracle experience
• Strong experience with GL, FA, Expenses, Cash Management and Tax consultant
• Must have the ability to lead teams and understand the client requirements gathered during the Cloud Map phases
• Deep knowledge on conversion areas and ability to map the data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud ERP applications
• Experience as a senior resource leading the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing and client user training
• Experience in configuring regimes to rate flow using Oracle Fusion Tax and/or tax vendor software like Vertex, Thompson Reuters etc...
• High level understanding the configurations to enable withholding tax, value-added tax, sales tax for US, and Global countries across the world
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Current Oracle Cloud Certification
