Job Description We are looking for an Engineering Liaison with a diverse engineering background. The selected candidate will work directing with the GXP Deputy Engineering Director to find solutions to challenging issues in an agile work environment. They will also work across the BAE Systems organization ensuring the GXP Engineering Team has the necessary clearance, lab access and open-source/third-party software approvals to design, develop, and test our suite of products. Our Engineering Liaison role requires strong organization, problem solving, and people skills.
Here are some of the duties of our Engineering Liaison:
- Open/Close lab when necessary
- Work with Security Team to support any process changes
- Work closely with IT Team and communicates lab equipment needs to management
- Help with account setup and training questions
- Help with locked/disabled accounts
- Help with PKI access and Talon database questions
- Help with JPAS and Scattered Castles account questions
- POC for software approvals in our labs
- POC for Security and Customers
Metrics- Collect data across the various parts of the GXP organization and analysis and present the data to help facilitate management and feedback on the processes used on GXP

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills -- Knowledge of JPAS, Scattered Castles and Talon systems
-- Security background or hands-on experience with security requirements and procedures.
-- Motivated to learn new complex processes to help facilitate the successful deliveries of our products.
-- Familiarity with open-source licensing.
-- Experience with agile methodologies.
