The Account Director plays a key role to consult and educate agency digital buyers and traders on the digital video ecosystem, and pitch them the value of Magnite’s video supply and analytics offerings to drive optimal revenue (for the company) against quarterly and annualized quotas.

As an Account Director, you will:

  • Establish and manage Magnite as a leading SSP in the UK market, ensuring Magnite’s core values and competencies are understood and valued
  • Develop relationships with digital (and traditional) agency buyers, planners and traders, within the UK market, at designated holding company ad agencies.
  • Work internally with the other members of the demand development team to ensure excellent levels of customer service. In addition, align with supply, BD and product account teams to ensure solutions and strategies are delivered to our demand clients.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs, to create and pitch unique/customized media solutions which effectively meet their brand campaign objectives
  • Analyze client needs, and sell in the idea of private marketplace and curated marketplace deals to better meet/exceed brands campaign objectives
  • Creatively market Magnite’s publisher inventory to digital (and traditional) agency buyers and traders
  • Evaluate the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to help guide the company’s business strategy and growth
  • Performs other sales - related duties as assigned by management

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from 3/4 year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiar with: Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel, Gmail, Tableau, Salesforce
  • 3-5 years of experience in working in digital media / ad-tech, SaaS sales or similar role
