About the opportunity: In this newly created role, you will oversee the core TA programs and processes at Contentsquare that support the achievement of our recruitment goals. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving our hiring manager education, candidate experience, recruitment processes, reporting systems and compliance. As a key member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will partner closely with our recruiters, coordinators, sourcers, and People Analytics team to create scalable and sustainable systems that result in great experiences for both candidates and Contentsquare employees. This is an opportunity to work in a highly collaborative team environment and be part of a TA Ops team that is led by curiosity and likes to get stuff done. This position reports directly to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition Operations based in NYC and requires analytical strength, attention to detail, customer obsession, and the ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment.

What you’ll do:

    • Support in developing the program and project management infrastructure for a growing TA organization
    • Partner with our TA team members to ensure ATS processes and metrics are accurate, as well as our LinkedIn Recruiter Accounts; Conduct data integrity audits and provide system maintenance and updates as needed
    • Develop reports regularly for recruiter KPI measurement and Company communication
    • Advocate for new initiatives using research, data, and business metrics to derive insights and shape recommendations
    • Build out global programs, including but not limited to enablement, internal & external referral promotions, university relations, internship programs, etc.
    • Develop and deliver recruiting related training company wide as needed; Train new recruiters/managers as needed
    • Elevate our employer brand awareness in partnership with TA management; help maintain the integrity of our Glassdoor and LinkedIn pages, content updates to social media sites and content changes for the career's website
    • Revamp and oversee all candidate facing collateral, developing solutions and modifications consistent with regional talent market culture and legal requirements (interview invitations, contracts, offer letters, etc.)
    • Partner with our larger People team and Data Privacy team to develop best practices within our ATS system and broadly educate our teams world-wide on how to ensure we are compliant and respecting the privacy of all candidates
    • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that relevant functions are kept informed of our business objectives; Ensure recruiting programs and processes are communicated in a strategic, efficient, and effective manner
    • Serve as first point of contact for all ATS troubleshooting from recruiters, HRBPs, and hiring managers
    • Participate in the roll out of new recruiting functionality in Workday including development of requirements and user acceptance testing; provide Workday recruiter support as part of TA Administration triage team
    • Additional duties and project support as assigned by leadership

What you’ll need to succeed:

    • At least 2 years of related project management experience preferred
    • Consistent track record for identifying and launching process improvements
    • Experience completing user acceptance testing and conducting trainings a plus
    • Demonstrated problem solving, analytic and communication skills
    • Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team as well as to influence at all levels of the organization
    • Extensive knowledge of, and experience with Lever; familiarity with an HRIS (ideally WorkDay)
    • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel to analyze, cleanse and otherwise manage data (ie, functions, formulas and pivot tables)
    • Prior recruiter experience preferred
For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual base salary of $70,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
