Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, customer support, account management, marketing, marketing program management, or consulting.
  • Experience operating and working with Performance Google Products (e.g. Google ads, Google analytics, DV360, SA360).
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to carry a quota, sell, and drive business.
  • Understanding of Big Data and business intelligence market trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving and communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail.

As the Account Manager, you will develop and manage relationships directly with clients within Google. You will use your analytical skills to grow existing business, develop new business, and support your client and team with account and market knowledge.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for the Travel portfolio growth (e.g., investment, product adoption, campaign sophistication).
  • Take responsibility for the management of Travel clients and advertising agencies.
  • Serve as a liaison with clients and agencies regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
  • Provide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied.
  • Troubleshoot product or technical issues with internal teams when needed.
