Description:The JEMINI Program and Agile Release Train organization is growing to support a new Special Access Program Task Order requiring staffing increases and technical leadership of over 100 new positions in the first year. The position will involve staffing oversight for a mix of disciplines from multiple companies ranging from software engineers, systems engineers, cyber engineers, etc. Candidates must have experience coordinating program level processes with staffing activities. Candidates must also support multiple functional areas and leads to predict/fill and status staffing requirements. Staffing responsibilities include opening requisitions, pre-screening candidates, interviewing, and selecting the most qualified candidates provided by Lockheed Martin and teammates to include Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, General Dynamics, and other niche companies. Extensive interactions with the program Resource Management Board (RCB) are required. The position also requires management of 15-20 Lockheed Martin staff assigned to the JEMINI Agile Release Train. Candidates must also have experience with Agile Development. The position requires participation in iteration/release planning for JEMINI and technical oversight for features and work assigned to the JEMINI. The position requires development of schedule, cost, and performance baselines for control accounts. Candidates must Create and manage program technical risk & risk mitigation activities. Candidates must participate in all internal/external technical reviews as required. The position requires management of all technical labor resources for each control account assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Experience managing and maintaining a large technical team on complex system development programs. Exceptional team building, leadership, interpersonal, and project planning skills. Experience working in multi-subcontractor team environment. Ability to assess funding levels, determine staffing projections and evaluate candidates across multiple disciplines for technical fit. Leadership experience on a complex DoD Development program is strongly desired.
Desired Skills:
The JEMINI Program will integrate multi-domain (Space and Missile) capability into C2BMC. This position if critical to the success of the program and requires program management experience, technical experience with development programs, experience with financial management, and experience managing complex schedules. Some travel required to program engineering execution sites within COS (COS-83, COS-M).
