About this role

Overview:Key responsibilities:

Processing the CMBS remittances after validating CREFC trustee files, model loan modifications, quality control steps on monthly basis.

• U.S Comm. Real Estate - Analysis of property financials, rent roll, borrower, market, and other third-party reports and provide a valuation opinion on the CRE loans.
• Loan Servicing - Periodic servicing of CRE Loans, re-underwrite, run loss projections, and provide the disposition advice!

Structured Finance Securities - Data extraction from prospectus/annexure and subsequently updating the database! Providing Underwriting and Valuation review of the top loans.

• Performing project specific quality checks and multi-tasking.

Knowledge/ Experience required:

• 0-2 years of experience in Fixed income, research, risk analytics, bond analysis, rating agencies or project management
• Attention to detail, diligence, and ownership of responsibilities. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Skills/Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDBA/ PGDBM/ MS Finance from reputed institute with understanding and knowledge of financial concepts.
• B-Tech or CFA (Level 1) will be a preferred candidature. Strong quantitative content knowledge and application.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Power-point). Knowledge of Adv Excel, VBA and SQL is preferable.
