• Troubleshoot Tsohost products as needed to provide solutions to customer query
• Demonstrate great communication, technical and sales skills
• Work in a team environment towards common goals
• Work closely with different departments to ensure best outcomes

Your experience should include...

• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Good technical knowledge in the IT field
• Self-organisation and determination
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work independently
• Ability to deescalate any situation
• Good understanding of Customer service and sales
• Ready to learn new skills in the IT field
