Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in an external-facing role (e.g., customer support, sales, and/or relationship development).
• Ability to speak and write in Arabic and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience as a YouTube creator, with a passion for finding, developing, and managing YouTube creators.
• Experience and knowledge of the MENA market and ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Fast-paced, dynamic, and proactive, the Online Partnerships and Development (OPD) team makes sure that YouTube's creators around the world have a great experience and achieve success on the platform.

The Content Partnerships team works with YouTube creators and media companies, helping them build their channel, grow their watch time, and develop their audience by delivering innovative and scalable best practices, solutions, and recommendations. The YouTube Partner Program consists of a growing number of content partners. We are a fast-paced and proactive team serving YouTube's partners around the world to ensure they have a great experience and achieve success on YouTube.

As a Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) on the Content Partnerships team, you'll help our YouTube Creators and Companies to build, grow, and expand their presence on YouTube, while assisting their development into the next generation of YouTube stars. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to nurture and grow these creators.

The YouTube team helps budding creators build careers, creates products like YouTube Kids, YouTube Music, and YouTube Gaming, and engages communities around shared passions and global conversations. Responsibilities

• Provide channel best practices and optimization strategies including in-depth looks at Search and Discovery, Analytics, or branding.
• Manage and help grow a portfolio of YouTube creators from MENA (Middle East and North Africa) active in various content verticals such as Entertainment, Gaming, Fashion and Beauty, Learning, News, Sports, and more.
• Support partners to achieve strategic goals, including maximizing platform watch-time, engagement, audience growth, and community interaction and growth.
• Work with different teams to organize events and educational workshops to support creators growth.
• Work collaboratively with your team and cross-functional partners (Sales, Marketing, PR, etc.) in order to develop and implement creative ways to improve partner and ecosystem growth.
