The Technology Business Management Office (TBMO) promotes the effective management of all technology costs, performance, and consumption through a robust, service-oriented framework. We facilitate a value-oriented mindset across STS via data driven analysis, business management tooling, process improvement, and operating model transformation. We are looking for an innovative and thorough business analyst to join our team.

What you are good at

• Ensure all existing documentation for team processes and cost allocation methodologies are up to date
• Document any new processes for future tool implementations
• Manage IT Planning tool by reconciling with the General Ledger on a monthly basis and responding to requests from STS Finance
• Support senior leadership by tracking integration forecasted targets in IT Planning
• Appetite for learning Technology Business Management principles
• Ability to work independently and think creatively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Update team Sharepoint page as necessary

What you have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with an interest in technology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail
• 2-5 years related financial analysis and planning experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Sharepoint and Confluence experience a plus
