The AMR Business Process Re-Engineering is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a passion for business transformation that can have a direct and measurable impact on Apple and its Reseller customers.   • Subject Matter Expert at managing complex, enterprise-scale CRM projects
  • Knowledge of sales operations, partner management, sales channel, lead to order management (pipeline management) etc.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills at all levels in the organization, both written and oral
  • Works in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, senses direction where it may be unclear, and does so without a loss of performance
  • Always challenges the status quo to ensure we are delivering the best in what we do
  • Partners with global functional teams both inside and outside of the operations organization, maintain strong support for regional functional teams
  • Effectively manages alignment and communication between stakeholders, subject matter experts, executives and other internal groups
  • Demonstrates capability to perform in both strategic and tactical capabilities, and ability to shift between them as defined by the needs of the role
  • Excellent forward thinking capabilities. Must be able to see beyond the current state, identify risks/opportunities and drive project teams toward the desired outcomes.

Description

Description As a key member of the AMR BPR team, you will drive a multi-year Sales Transformation program that will enable next generation capabilities for internal collaboration between Apple Reseller Operations and Sales teams, as well as external collaboration with Apple’s reseller partners. Responsibilities include: - Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements. - Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by providing vision and future product roadmapping. - Performe current state assessment and analysis, and facilitate workshops to define and drive alignment on future state process - Define solutions between disparate processes and functions - Gather requirements and creation of deliverables, accounting for risk, business impact, and process changes across platforms. - Communicate stakeholder needs to bridge the gaps between business and enterprise platforms. - Understand diverse needs across regional stakeholders and negotiate solutions that meet overall business needs with global standardization. - Prioritization of scope at both a global and regional level, managing expectations and IT capacity demands. - Convert technical information to a general understanding, and distinguishing user requests from the true underlying needs. - Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and other business analysis techniques. - Create, manage, and track project plans: reviewing timelines and schedule changes, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, as well as project gates and governance are properly adhered to; tracking utilization of resources and managing allocation wisely. - Have difficult conversations regarding budget, resources, timeline, and formally capture and communicate outcomes of those meetings. - Managing day to day execution of project implementation, serving as the primary customer interface and exercising leadership skills re: issue management, communication, and change management. - Facilitate the creation of Salesforce technical design documents by collaborating with technical architects and developers as needed. Manage UAT with end users, preparing documentation and training documents as necessary. - Ensure change management is successful throughout the project life cycle.

Education & Experience

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required in Business Adminstration, Information Technology or related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Agile SCRUM Master Certification, PMP Certification, Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.
