Position summary

We are looking for a bright and energetic individual to join as Analyst, Identifi Configuration Team. The Analyst will work with a dynamic group of people who are ensuring that our customers are configured correctly to meet their business needs. You will work with other System Analysts and QA. You will interact with Clinical Operations and Platform Solutions team to understand requirements.

Essential functions

• Review clinical content provided by the Clinical Operations and Platform Solutions team and use Evolent Health tools to configure the Identifi Application to meet the requirements.
• Translate client requirement into application configuration.
• Evaluate other business requirements and prepare detailed specifications.
• Work with the development team as needed to resolve any issues.
• Alert project managers to potential risks and issues of importance.
• Create and update appropriate documentation as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work within US business hours (2.30 PM to 11.30 PM IST). Occasional weekend and on-call support as needed

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science
