Job Description

• Within the group of Functional Experts HRIS Paie DECIDIUM Expert, you receive requests from our customers (ADPeService) that have been subject to a prior qualification of criticality and a framing analysis by the ADP Payroll Managers. You become the owner of the requests and in charge of their processing when an intervention requires in-depth analysis and configuration work, justifying increased time and availability.
• You are in direct contact with the ADP Payroll Manager and/or a client as soon as a ticket or a thematic action plan (overhaul of contributions, etc.) concerning him is entrusted to you, and for the duration defined of its resolution. Thus, the ADP Payroll Manager has your telephone contact and is likely to be in direct interaction with you during this resolution. You carry the delivery and the acceptance of the treated point.
• Your mission takes place within the group of Functional Experts HRIS Paie DECIDIUM Expert by service center. Requests are assigned to you as part of a shared Siebel group and according to a collective capacity plan. You contribute to a collective quantitative and qualitative management performance and contribute with your fellow Experts to define the standard of performance to expect, with regard to the requirements of internal and end customers and the nature of your activity.
• Your request processing activity in terms of detailed analysis, recommendation of solutions and configuration is based on processing options capitalizing on the value proposition of the DECIDIUM Expert offer and on the desire to retain configuration solutions as close as possible to the configuration models recommended by ADP and to the client's final functional needs.
• Your contribution, within the DECIDIUM Expert service model, is primarily oriented towards the management performance of the PAIE configuration request backlog of our customers (qualitatively and quantitatively) and the search for a measurable and progressing management performance of this backlog. keep on going.
• You also contribute to compliance with the monthly model release policy applicable to the DECIDIUM Expert customer base.
