Udacity is growing our Talent Acquisition team and we are looking to add an Associate Recruiter - an essential role in our team’s mission of hiring exceptional talent and creating an amazing candidate experience. The Associate Recruiter role is designed to provide the necessary training, experience, exposure to our recruitment strategy and development of skills required to be successful.

The ideal Udacian is a driven, detail oriented organizational expert who is an outstanding communicator and thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You enjoy working with a team and independently. You are energized by the challenge of building a Talent Obsessed company and by Udacity’s mission. You will be comfortable working in a metrics oriented team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get into Recruiting or HR in a pre-IPO company.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with hiring managers to build and execute an exceptional end-to-end recruiting process (including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offering candidates)
• Act as a brand ambassador for Udacity and consistently deliver an amazing candidate experience
• Ensure a high level of data integrity real time with our ATS (Greenhouse) including candidate progress, communications, and assessments
• Proactively source and maintain a pipeline of top talent to accelerate our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy and our business goals
• Leverage our recruiting best practices and policies to drive efficient and compliant processes

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

This position is full time remote, east coast preferred.
