Job Description:
You will be an essential part of our facilities IT team supporting the rapid expansion of our US locations. Whether you're installing networks and computer equipment in new facilities or providing remote IT support you will be responsible for delivering core IT services to support our dynamic growth.
You will ... - Travel (30% - 40%) to facility locations to install, maintain and upgrade infrastructure related hardware/software
- Develop and manage project schedules and external vendors to ensure on-time project delivery goals.
- Provide on-site/remote support for hardware/software computing issues.
- Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional department’s technical project requests.
- Participate in after-business hour support for critical incident escalations.
- Perform incident root cause analysis and remediation activities of system outages
- Maintain documentation regarding network diagram, configurations, operating procedures, and service records
- Maintains change management processes and procedures
- Work with US infrastructure team in pursuing a unified enterprise network environment across all Hellofresh locations
You are...
- Experienced with configuration, installation, troubleshooting, and supporting network hardware, wireless access points, firewalls on Cisco, Ruckus, SonicWall hardware along with PC’s, printers and android tablets/mobile devices.
- Experienced supporting multi-site environment working independently and in team environment
- Ability to work early mornings and/or late nights to execute critical network updates.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines for deliverables
At a minimum, you have... - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in network installation and systems management
- Experience with firewall configurations dealing with multiple WAN's and redundant IPSEC tunnels.
- Experience with PC’s, android devices, RF scanning equipment and printer support (Zebra printers preferred)
- IT certifications preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to travel 30-40%
- Knowledge of Wireless LAN design
