THE POSITION

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team taking ownership of security and compliance projects with the Business Project Management team. Working directly with engineers, third party delivery teams as well as the wider company, you will deliver exciting and innovative projects. You will have a collaborative leadership style, building strong relationships with people to facilitate a culture of trust. The role will report to the Portfolio & Program Management Vice President and will be accountable to the COO of FanDuel who are responsible for all Business delivery and revenue.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Lead the implementation, operation, support, and maintenance of ISO 27001 standards, including certification for ISO 27001.
- Create and maintain ISMS documentation specific to implementation of ISO 27001
- Assist in ongoing governance of the security program under ISO 27001
- Liaise with Risk Management, IT, HR, Legal and Compliance Teams
- Participate in other information security activities and projects
- Work as part of a multi-skilled team (including architects, engineers, designers, product managers, program teams)
- Align and manage relationships and delivery from our third-party delivery partners, internal teams within FanDuel Group & the Corporate Group
- Create & maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Coordinate geographically dispersed teams
- Create and maintain roadmaps and backlogs with key IT team members
- Develop and implement RFP, proof of concept including procurement processes
- Work with sponsors to manage expectations and ensure clear and precise delivery of the IT systems to support the project & meet the needs of the Business
- Ability to manage risks & issues, escalate at stakeholder level & propose solutions for resolution
- Be trusted to use whatever project management tools are appropriate for the situation.
- Work with engineers, architects, directors, and executives to set and communicate strategy
- Develop documentation and diagrams to communicate detailed architectures, data flows, and process maps
- Has experience or assisted Information Security and/or Compliance with Internal and External Audits.

What we’re looking for in our next teammate
- Has experience of managing large complex IT or security focused projects
- Has deep understanding of IT Security, Cyber Security and GRC teams
- Has experience with cloud technologies, endpoints, deployments, and compliance
- Has experience with control implementation and audits of COBIT, PCI, ISO 27001 or similar
- Has implemented, maintained, and supported an ISO 27001 program
- Has performed or assisted with risk assessments for NIST, ISO 27001, PCI and or GDPR
- Has experience tracking remediation efforts for NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, and GDPR
- Knowledge of policies and process of ISO 27001
- Has experience of working with distributed teams delivering on integrated timelines
- Has experience writing policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Has experience in documenting and analyzing business processes to recommend efficiencies
- Has a foundation of technical knowledge
- Has experience of managing vendor delivery teams
- Passionate about creating a culture that builds and enables high performing multidisciplinary teams
- Has experience of working directly with engineering, infrastructure, security, and IT operations teams
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Organized and transparent with regards to plans, milestones, and key deliverables
- Good relationship manager and negotiator, able to build agreements with business stakeholders
- Advocates an environment where the right decisions are made through consensus
