About The Team:
As the Product Manager B2B E-Commerce, you are part of the B2B E-Commerce team that sits within the Digital Product team. This team is aspired to create groundbreaking digital experiences for B2B Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein customers. We are a leading player in the fashion industry on a mission to digitize the value chain with our digital selling product suite.
Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein B2B websites were launched back in 2017 following the global roll-out of Digital Showrooms (learn more here). This online self-service experience is designed to be the most sustainable option, improving speed to market and operational efficiencies for PVH brands. It’s currently live in Europe, with an ambition to roll out globally.
About The Role :
You’re passionate about solving customer pain points with products that delight our users. Your facilitating leadership style inspires Product Owners and the wider Digital Product team to deep dive into user journeys to make them better, smarter, faster. Together with the team, you’ll create a vision and strategy that steers product development and takes PVH’s buyer experience to the next level. Beyond engaging with and influencing senior management, your energy and drive bring teams together from across the organization. Does this sound like you?
As Product Manager B2B E-Commerce, you will be working closely with our two Product Owners. Together you shape opportunities for product innovation and you are a driving force for our global digital transformation, engaging stakeholders into the product strategy. You will translate business strategy into product strategy, paving the way for the Product Owners to drive and deliver their product roadmaps. You will make use of various discovery techniques to uncover user needs and validate ideas. You motivate the team to launch fast and iterate.
You will collaborate with the Technology, Processes departments to shape the B2B ecosystem and processes. You have experience in creating products that need to integrate with a corporate environment, and you’re aware of the challenges this can bring. You recognize that asking the right questions and challenging the status quo will drive simplification in the organization and allow your team to sense and respond faster to company and industry changes.
