In this role, you will have the opportunity to

Leverage your Program / Project Manager expertise in driving high quality Business Partnering. In this new role, you will be focused on Business Transformation (BT) for performance and value creation through critical programs and projects across Health Systems Canada.

You will work closely with the Executive Team to project manage local improvement/transformation initiatives; as well as, work closely with Canadian transformation team on various E2E projects, while supporting delivery of these global/North American projects adapted for Canada. Additionally, you will manage other new business integration and new product launch projects bringing in multiple functional stakeholders, building effective accountability and reporting mechanism for the success of the project

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

• Deploy change management and communications interventions to actively implement new models or changes into Businesses, within the Canadian organization (Sales, Operations, Services, Market Leadership)
• Drive for high quality Business partnering through people and process aspects, such as role definitions, capability building, talent management and gap assessments
• Project manage – Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control performance in key project and programs as identified by local management team
• Track & report key metrics associated to these Transformation projects
• Develop Models for quantifying impact of the projects undertaken by establishing project benchmarks.
• Model Philips competencies, BT, and PM ways of working.
• Act as operations leader for BT Team, setting the agenda, preparing content, and keeping track of actions for leadership meetings
• Lead communication planning and tools, and change interventions
• Support the transformation manager on implementation of LEAN and CI projects as needed

To succeed in this role, you will have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, required.
• 3+ years of experience successfully leading large complex programs, projects, and initiatives using a structured approach (e.g. PMP, Prince2, SAFE/Agile)
• Required, demonstrated experience with project management – Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control performance within key technical projects and programs
• Preferred experience leading the implementation of Business Enterprise Systems (e.g. SAP, Catalog, E-Commerce platform, etc.)
• Experience with and applying Change Management methodology in projects is highly preferred
• Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement experience with certification, ideal
• Subject matter expertise in all phases of development, launch, and maintenance including voice of the customer, requirements generation, design controls, verification, validation, usability, process validation, service, and support-readiness
• Data-driven decision-making with the ability to move teams through vague and complex situations
• Effective communicator and comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders
• Skill in effective organization; including proper problem–solving and follow-up
• Ability to multi-task, while prioritizing frequently changing needs
