Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Experience, Business Development, Consulting, Industry Solutions, Marketing for cloud, data management, or technical infrastructure products and services
  • Customer-facing experience (e.g. customer experience, sales) with executive decision makers (including but not limited to CEOs, CIOs, and CTO)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience presenting to and facilitating conversations with enterprise customers at customer experience centers or similar
  • Experience leading complex team-wide initiatives
  • Experience delivering sales, product marketing, and/or technical marketing customer engagement initiatives at scale
  • Strong understanding of the cloud industry and enterprise customer scale requirements, and of Google Cloud products and solutions
  • Ability to manage high-visibility communication effectively, both verbally and written
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple stakeholders

As part of the Google Cloud Customer Experience team, the Executive Briefing Program brings together the best of Google Cloud’s thinking and technology to help enterprise customers and partners solve their toughest challenges and accelerate their transformations.

In this Program Management role, you will lead the local briefing center program in-region, running the day-to-day program, consulting and collaborating with account teams and cross-functional leaders to craft and deliver executive briefing engagements that will inspire, engage, and educate enterprise executives and decision makers to drive business objectives.

You will develop and leverage custom curated strategies, content, and demonstrations to best showcase Google Cloud’s business and technology solutions. Having a strong understanding of the cloud technology landscape (from collaboration tools to hybrid cloud) to facilitate meaningful discussions with customers and partners is core to the role.

In this role, you will be a strategic leader for internal and external stakeholders, driving cross-functional relationships to ensure program utilization, and partnering with in-region teams to deliver excellent customer experiences globally.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and run the Munich Google Cloud Executive Briefing and Innovation Program. Partner with the global Executive Briefing Center (EBC) team to launch and tailor program offerings to enterprise organizations in region, overseeing day-to-day operations with local operations teams, and implementing localized technology and content enhancements.
  • Consult, program manage, and facilitate executive briefing experiences.
  • Partner with local Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer demand. Ensure program messaging and content is relevant, and drive executive stakeholder relationships with the Go-to-Market (GTM) organizations.
  • Collaborate with the global executive briefing program by leveraging central resources (e.g. speakers bureau, demo, coordination, scheduling, and tools).
  • Improve the program, measure impact, proactively identify areas of opportunity to streamline processes, content, and strategy. Implement updates, and regularly deliver programmatic insights.
