Based in Ramat Hachayal (but now mainly working from home) we’re a successful Israeli Tech company and we’re growing!

We’re looking for a passionate recruiter to manage the whole recruitment process.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Engage talent — Identify the right people, get them engaged, and manage the full hiring process. Utilize recruitment agencies, social media, and other sources to keep a healthy candidate pipeline.
• Build relationships with your hiring teams and serve as an advisor and partner, you will work with different leads in the organization and support them on all their hiring needs. The type of roles you will be looking for can vary from Front- to Backend developers, DevOps, Data, QA, CS, Product Management, and more.
• Manage our hiring process to provide a great candidate experience - Schedule interviews, collect and deliver responses and drive timely decision making.
• Work with our candidate tracking system to provide data accuracy orders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technological recruiting from recruitment agencies or High tech companies
• Deep understanding of technological profiles from different areas of the high tech/ technology industry
• Passion for recruitment and technology
• Amazing communication skills, creative, independent, curious and committed
• Customers oriented and results-driven
• High level of English
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple open positions
