The Regional AdOps team is responsible to setup a wide variety of display or mobile campaigns for Key Clients as well as highly technical but highly standardized tasks. The team also plays an important role in driving efficiency, change and innovation. As a Regional AdOps Specialist, you will be involved in identifying areas of inefficiencies, discovering opportunities for increased automation and operational efficiency, in contributing to improve platform functionality and in finding opportunities to expand the AdOps scope. You will be partnering with Product and Global Ops Teams for new solutions or products acting as first testers to then define processes and workflows to make new solutions scalable; you will be in charge of liaising with commercial and ops teams to listen to their needs and to continue evangelising the role of AdOps in Criteo.
What You'll do:
- Setup a wide variety of display or mobile campaigns according to client’s goal including campaign creation, budget setup, banner creation, tracking testing for Key Clients
- Be in charge of highly technical but highly standardised tasks (Feed)
- Follow changes and updates to product or processes and quickly adapt to them
- Demonstrate strong expertise and knowledge of AdOps practices across the different markets and clients’ segments
- Partner with Product and Global Operations Teams for new solutions or products. Act first as testers and then define processes and workflow to make new solutions scalable
- Drive efficiency, change and innovation by identifying areas of inefficiencies, discovering opportunities for increased automation and operational efficiency and contributing to improve platform functionality
- Partner with Commercial and Technical teams to understand regional needs and specificities
- Build a strong relationship with the Off-Regional AdOps teams to ensure continuity and alignment of workflows and processesProcessing Insertion Orders (IOs)
- Create advertiser accounts in Criteo's backend
- Manage advertiser budget and bid setup
- Manage user segmentation setup in advertiser campaigns
- Pause/Unpause advertiser campaigns
- Activate engine optimizations
- Setup banner content filters and blacklists
- Create and manage advertiser ad banner setups
- Manage Facebook ad text copies
- Create and manage publisher ad campaign setups
- Conduct quality assurance testing post modifications
- First level troubleshooting leveraging daily reports
- Maintain and update work flow checklists to ensure optimal configuration and setup
