IDEO North America is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to help improve and maintain our compensation practices and strategy, and to work closely with business leadership and external marketplace specialists to ensure our compensation practices are equitable and market related.
Use your relevant experiences and skills to work on a variety of projects involving compensation analysis, and program and system design. While there are key strategic elements to the role – particularly the ability to design and roll out creative solutions to specific compensation related programs – the successful candidate will also possess strong foundational HR operational and administrative skills. These skills will come in to play during responsibilities such as:
In addition, the Senior Compensation Analyst will need to communicate diplomatically, with confidence and authenticity. They will take the lead in communicating details of our compensation programs to all employees, from senior business leaders to entry level employees. In a highly collaborative environment within the design and innovation industry, this individual will work closely with other global HR team members and designers on a number of important and evolving people programs.
